Holiday Houses St. Anna is a new residence located in the picturesque ‘Sopra la Terra’ area of Lipari, about 150 metres from the Baia di Portinenti and 200 metres from the historic centre.
Its low buildings and typical Eolian architecture with wide terraces ensure that it fits in well with the natural habitat.

Rooms with or without terrace, with or without cooking facilities, independent air conditioning, TV, fridge, WC in every room. All rooms have a safe with space for a portable computer.

CONDITIONS
Prices are weekly and include water, gas,electricity, air conditioning, clean sheets and towels changed weekly.
Cleaning at end of stay _ 30.00 per room (obligatory).
Mid-week change of bedding and towels (only on request) _13.00 per person. Apartments are handed over between 12.00 noon and 8.00 pm.
Departures before 10.00 am. During high season (D+E) minimum stay one week, during medium and low season (A+B+C) rooms are available for shorter stays.
